Circular stain to the upper horizontal text-block edge (see photos). Binding is very slightly rolled. Minor discoloration to inner endpapers. The dust jacket is not price clipped (shows original price of $2.00) and is in fair condition. Sun-fading to the spine. Chipping to the perimeter and corners. Open tears to the upper and lower spine with small circular open tear to the middle of the dust jacket spine (see photos).
