Green cloth binding. 264 pp. Ex-library copy (of the Mechanics Mercantile Library of San Francisco) which circumstance is adduced by a sticker affixed to the front cover, a bookplate on the front pastedown, a stamp on the upper textblock edge, Dewey Decimal razzmatazz on the rear endpapers, and catalogue numerals in permanent white marker along lower spine. There is of course some general deprecation to the edges of covers and textblock--this commensurate to the book's usefulness (and, let's admit it, this book is a "must-have"). Other than that though, this baby is a beaut. Oh, and no dust jacket.
