Fresno, California: Panorama West Publishing, 1980. First edition, first printing. Hardcover. 4to. 577 pp. Blue cloth binding with gilt decorations. Good condition. Slight damp-stain undulation to the extreme lower section (approximately 1cm) of the last 80 or so pages. No markings. Dust jacket is edge-worn and has some patchy excoriation whitening (see photos) but looks pretty good.
