Former owner's name in ink on front free endpaper. Staining (not the publisher's) on top textblock edge. Dust jacket has been scissored into sections which have been tastefully taped to the front and rear endpapers of the book. As practical and prepossessing as this arrangement is, it doesn't do much against dust so I've wrapped a FACSIMILE dust jacket around the outside as well.
