Fair condition. The binding is very slightly rolled with minor separation of the text-block from the spine. Wear to the outer perimeter of the boards, the upper and lower spine, as well as to the corners and hinges. Some fraying/rumpling/tearing to the lower/upper spine. Some damage to the lower spine. Rubbing/foxing/scratching/toning/discoloration to the outer boards. Fragile inner hinges. Pencil annotation to the upper, left-hand corner of the front, inner board. Light pencil annotation throughout. Some tearing to the edges of pages. Creasing, toning, scratching, rubbing, smudging, and areas of discoloration to the outer/inner boards, endpapers, pages of the text, and the text-block edge.
