Harper & Row, 1970. Hardcover. 210 pp. Illustrated by Edward Frascino. First edition, first printing (with number line descending to '1' on colophon page verso). Condition is good. Small dampstain on cloth boards at base of spine (about 3cm by 1cm). Book plate sticker on front free endpaper. Dust jacket is clipped at the bottom (not sure why--price still present on top of flap and it's not a book club edition, no blindstamp) and lightly worn along spine tips and forecorners of jacket (see photos). Trumpet of the Swan was a 1970 Honor Book, a fact the publisher chose to remind everyone about in the form of a big green sticker on the jacket.
