Quite clean ex-library copy with precisely two markings attesting to this fact: a stamp on the half-title page and some fuzzing from a now-removed card-pocket on the endpaper verso. Otherwise very clean. Sharp boards, solid binding. Price-clipped dust jacket is in good condition with some wear along periphery, chipping along head of jacket spine; rubbing/crease lines along upper front joint, a slight color mismatch from former sticker (I guess that would be three library marks then) near the lower jacket spine. Forget about buying any other horse-related books this Christmas. This is the one you want.
